The problem
Photographers who travel for a living are picky. The old site was a generic travel-agency template that buried the actual offer: small-group expeditions into the world's harder-to-reach places. Inquiries were trickling in.
The approach
Stripped the site back to the work. Story-led trip pages, photo-first layouts, clear pricing and dates, and copy that spoke to working photographers instead of casual tourists.
The outcome
Qualified inquiries 3×. The next expedition sold out on day one of public release.
